Dr. Niki Samborski

Veterinarian – Medical Director

Dr. Nicole Samborski is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine having received her Doctorate in 2009.  Before practicing veterinary medicine, Dr. Niki worked in the human medical field having received both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Cardiac Physiology.  Dr. Niki has a special interest in both internal medicine and cardiology.  She takes great pride in working at a clinic with such an outstanding and supportive team that strives every day to provide the absolute best veterinary medical care for the surrounding Hartford area.  Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.  The majority of her free time is running her two girls to all of their soccer games and school activities.  They also share their home with two fun-filled rescue dogs, Peep and June Bug.

Dr. Elizabeth Larson

 Veterinarian

Dr. Elizabeth Larson is an alumni of The University of Findlay (Bachelor of Science, 2011) and The University of Wisconsin-Madison (Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine, 2015).  Following graduation, she returned to her hometown to practice in the Cedarburg area for a year and ultimately began at Hartford Animal Clinic in 2016.   Outside of the clinic, she spends most of her free time with her husband and daughter.  She has several four-legged family members (horses, dog and cat) to takes care of and enjoys after her workdays end!

Dr. Caley Chambers

Associate Veterinarian

Education:University of Wisconsin – Madison University of Minnesota School of Veterinary Medicine

Dr. Caley Chambers attended University of Wisconsin, graduating in animal science in 2009. She attended veterinary school at the University of Minnesota, earning her doctorate in 2014. She practiced medicine at a mixed animal practice in Menomonee WI before coming to Hartford Animal Clinic.

My Pets: Maddie (Goldendoodle), Jax (Wire haired pointing griffon), Buddy (Teddy Bear), Avery (cat), Benny, Happy and Leggs (off the track Thoroughbreds)
What I like most about working at Hartford Animal Clinic: All of the animals of course! I enjoy being able to give the best quality medicine with a passionate and hardworking team.
What I like to do when I’m not caring for pets and their families: I enjoy everything outdoors, especially activities I can do with my dogs and horses.

Dr. Kerri Kontny

Veterinarian


Dr. Kerri grew up in the Ashland area of northern Wisconsin. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Finance. She attended Veterinary School at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. Kerri has special interests in preventative medicine and ophthalmology. Outside of the clinic she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, spending time outdoors, cooking, baking, reading, and gardening. She shares her home with her two cats- Ivy, a domestic short hair that she adopted while in school and Olive, a feisty calico and former barn kitten.

Dr. Grahm Schneider

Veterinarian

Dr. Grahm grew up not too far from Hartford Animal Clinic in West Bend, WI. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville where he received his Bachelor of Science in Animal Science with a minor in Biology and Chemistry. After which he attended veterinary school at the University of Wisconsin –Madison School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Grahm has interests in wellness and preventative medicine, surgery, and ultrasonography. Outside of the clinic Dr. Grahm enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He also spends his free time watching all types of motor racing, golfing, biking, fly fishing, playing basketball and sim racing. He has one cat at home, a silver and black tabby named Annie, who he adopted during his time in school.

Rachel

Certified Veterinary Technician

Rachel grew up in Slinger, Wisconsin. She graduated from Madison Area Technical College in May of 1998.  She began working at the Hartford Animal Clinic on June 15, 1998. In 2019 she became an Instructor at the Milwaukee Medical College and currently is the clinic’s Relief Technician.  Outside of the clinic, she keeps herself busy with her husband and two children.  She enjoys hanging out with family and friends, camping, cooking, baking, gardening, and playing sports. She has three cats Mike, Vivian, and Daisy and a Guinea pig named Gidget at home that brings a lot of joy to everyone. 

Carrie

Certified Veterinary Technician


Carrie has been in the veterinary field for 25+ years! She started with cleaning kennels in a clinic at the age of 15. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where she received her Bachelor of Biology with a minor in Chemistry.  She later sat for state boards to get her Certified Veterinary Technician license.  She enjoys the constant challenge in veterinary medicine and that two days are never alike. Outside of the clinic, Carrie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, camping and crafting. She has a precious Brittany named Libby, and a trouble-making feline, Tater Tot.

What I like most about working at Hartford Animal Clinic: I really enjoy working with very knowledgeable people who I can learn a lot from.  I also love working with animals and their people who are dedicated to their health and well-being.
What I like to do when I’m not caring for pets and their families: I enjoy bird-watching! I volunteer banding birds for a study in Milwaukee through the Urban Ecology Center.  I enjoy hiking, canoeing, Frisbee golfing, and playing any kind of game.  I also enjoy training my dogs and cat to do tricks.  Hangin’ with friends and family are also a must!

Linda

Client Service Representative

Linda started working at Hartford Animal Clinic in the fall of 2017 after being a client for almost 20 years. It is great working with such a dedicated team. When not working, Linda loves spending time with her family and dogs and enjoying the outdoors.

Malaynna

Veterinary Assistant

Malaynna completed the veterinary assistant program through Milwaukee Career College in May of 2021. She started working at HAC in June after completing her externship here.

She has always had this strong connection to animals, so that is why she decided to go into veterinary medicine. Malaynna’s favorite part about working at HAC is getting to know each patient and client, as well as learning something new all the time. Outside of the clinic she enjoys spending time with friends and family, camping, and playing tennis! Malaynna shares her home with Penny, a chihuahua terrier mix and Mama, a DSH cat.

Taylor

Veterinary Assistant
Taylor grew up in Waukesha. She graduated from UW-Waukesha with an associate degree in Biological Sciences in 2016, then earned a Veterinary Technician degree from Milwaukee Career College in 2017. Taylor joined HAC in August of 2019. She chose veterinary medicine because she knew she could learn something new every day and be the voice for her patients and give them the best care possible. Outside of clinic life, Taylor enjoys riding and competing with her horse Gia, baking, and spending time with her other pets and family.

Reagan

Veterinary Assistant

Reagan started as an extern from Milwaukee Career College in 2020.  She completed the Veterinary Technician program in February 2021 and joined the HAC family as a full-time assistant, working towards her certification.  Reagan has 2 dogs Ellie Mae and Zoey.

She enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends. She also enjoys horseback riding, kayaking, training and grooming her dogs, and visiting National Parks.  

Callie

Veterinary Assistant

Callie started with us her junior year of high school as kennel staff. She worked her way up to being an assistant through on-the-job training. Callie is currently a full-time college student working towards her degree. She has two dogs of her own, Cozmo (Golden retriever) and Lota (Golden retriever/Shepherd mix). She has wanted to work with animals since as early as she can remember. Her favorite part of working at Hartford Animal Clinic is learning new things every day. Outside of the clinic, Callie enjoys spending time with her family, boating, fishing, cooking, and going on road trips.

Lindsay

Veterinary Assistant

Lindsay joined the HAC team in Jan 2022. She grew up in Slinger. Lindsay started in the veterinary field at the age of 19 but has taken care of family/farm animals her whole life. On her days off, she works towards her Veterinary Technology degree online through Penn Foster. When she isn’t working on her studies, she cares for a variety of animals at her family’s farm and spends time with her cats and her fiancé.
